Richa Joshi, Managing Attorney 
A powerhouse of zeal and experience, Richa Joshi is the founder of the company and the firm's face for client relationships. Apart from racking her brains for business development of the firm, she mostly represents media and entertainment companies, advertising agencies and pharmaceutical companies. She ensures that the brand name of the client is safeguarded and their intellectual properties are secure. Her expertise in drafting and vetting of intellectual property agreements means that licensing and IP transfer agreements usually find their way to her table. Having worked for law firms in Mumbai and Delhi, she has brought her varied experience to Abrise Legal team. The steadfast determination and capability has led to her continuous retention as a counsellor for many media & entertainment business. Being a fan of the written words, she is a member of the Film Writer's Association and also helped out authors and producers regarding copyright laws.
While not busy planning the expansion of the firm in Gujarat, Delhi and other national & international areas, she hopes to open an NGO for protection of animals.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Law from Rizvi College, Mumbai, she is also an active member of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
